You don't need to wait until the baby arrives to feel like a dad. Coaching during pregnancy helps you prepare for the shift emotionally, relationally, and practically. Together we'll clarify what kind of partner and parent you want to be from the start.
You're in the weeds. Let's take stock, steady the ground, and build a plan that fits your real life, not some idealized version of parenting. No judgment, no clichés. Just grounded, customized support.
Overwhelmed, disconnected, unsure
Fresh perspective, making sense, taking action
Connected, confident, purposeful
Therapy is often about your past. Coaching is about your future. Every session ends with a next step: a practice, experiment, or decision to move you forward.

"Andrew helped me find clarity and take steps that felt manageable. I'm more confident and less reactive at home — and I actually enjoy time with my son now."
— New dad
"I recommended Andrew to my partner and it changed how we navigated postpartum as a team."
— Partner

I'm a dad, coach, and group facilitator. I believe fatherhood can be a doorway to deeper meaning.
Over the past several years, I've supported over a hundred dads through coaching and group work. Whether you're expecting your first child or adjusting to life with your second or third, I bring a grounded, no-BS approach to helping you stay connected to yourself, your partner, and your purpose.
Let's figure out what you need and make a plan to get there.
Schedule your free 30-minute consultation to discuss your situation.
We'll determine if coaching is right for you and which approach fits best.
Begin your coaching journey with clarity and confidence.
If you're curious, overwhelmed, or even skeptical — good. This is about finding the right fit.
That's exactly what the free consult is for. No pressure, just a conversation to see what support might be most helpful.
No. While therapy often looks at the past and present, in coaching we look at what's happening now and where you want to go. You will leave every session with at least one commitment to concrete action or reflection that moves you towards the future outcomes you want to create for yourself.
Coaching isn't always eligible, but it depends on your plan. Some clients have successfully used funds, check with your provider.
If we're a good fit (a mutual "hell yeah!"), I'll recommend the option (coaching package or Dad Lab intensive) that best fits your needs. You can take time to think it over. No hard sell.
